5 second plot: Carrie is a strange kid, raised by a crazy mother. Other kids laugh with her at school. One day they push it too far. Carrie feels humiliated. At the school prom this humiliation changes to anger. And this anger, combined with her telekinetic abilities, is a dangerous cocktail.
5 second review: Man, it takes like forever for her to get in her bloody Carrie mode. There is some very cool stuff going on in this movie, but there is way too little of it. It's difficult to act being telekinetic, I get that, but it just looks really silly here, doesn't it?
