5 second plot: In the future there is one night where the citizens of the new USA can do whatever they want without getting arrested. So half the country goes on a killing spree. One family decides to take in a refugee. Not the brightest idea of the evening.
5 second review: I have this feeling that with an idea as great as this (for a movie anyway) they could have done a better job. The movie is okay, but it could have been great.
