5 second plot: Two bored kids find a seemingly abandoned cop car and decide to take it for a spin. The car belongs to the sheriff. He was just getting rid of two bodies. One of the bodies is still in the trunk. He really wants his car back.
5 second review: Not very much happens in this movie. There's not a lot of story to be told, so it goes very slow. The little bit of action we do get to see is pretty decent and Kevin Bacon is very convincing as the crooked sheriff.
