A.C.O.D. is dull

5 second plot: Carter is the now grown up fucked up result of the ugly divorce of his parents. His younger brother is getting married so now Carter has to try to get the old family in one room without them killing each other. And he learns a thing or two about himself in the process.

5 second review: My first impression? Holy shit, it's the same guy as the one that plays the asshole in Walter Mitty and he's got the exact same hair-due. No, wait, it's combed to the other side. Okay then. It looks like a great slapstick movie if you look at the poster. But it's not.

The Originals Season 1 Episode 1: Always and Forever

5 second plot: This is the story of the three original vampires: the first of their kind. They were created a thousand years ago. The first episode is all about the two male vampires: a decent one and a rebel. The rebel got a werewolf pregnant. And the decent one wants to protect her. From witches and non-originals.

5 second review: That is a whole bunch of information we get to swallow in this pilot. It's a pretty complicated story-line and I'm not sure if I give a shit. That can't be good.

The Big Bang Theory Season 7 Episode 3: The Scavenger Vortex

5 second plot: Raj organizes a scavenger hunt. The idea is to be the first one to solve a bunch of puzzles and find a golden coin. The others team up in randomly selected pairs. They learn a lot about each other. Not all good stuff.

5 second review: As always: very funny shit. Still loving it.

The Millers Season 1 Episode 1: Pilot

5 second plot: Meet the Millers: mother and father break up in the pilot, daughter lives with her husband and kid (in the parent's house) and is not getting very far ahead in life, and son is a TV reporter who has to do all the shitty news. They all kind of shack up together.

5 second review: This first episode is laugh out loud-funny multiple times. When the dad finds the remote for the son-in-law's bed (he thinks it's the TV remote), I almost choked with laughter. If they can keep the jokes coming like that, this is going to be good.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 1 Episode 2: 0-8-4

5 second plot: The agents are sent to Peru where archaeologists found a strange artifact in an old temple. It appears to be some sort of weapon. And a lot of people want to get their hands on it.

5 second review: Man, this is a boring episode... Djeezes. I was going to kill this one in my review since it had no story, bad special effects, stupid dialogue,... the list is endless. BUT. The last 30 seconds Samuel L. Jackson appears and gives a speech that makes everything okay again.

Fright Night 2: New Blood has its memorable moments

5 second plot: A group of American students goes to Romania to take a course in European art. Their professor is an ancient vampire countess who is thirsty for blood. Lots of it.

5 second review: This could have been an amazingly cool picture. There are parts in here that are really well done and very original. And let's nor forget: steaming hot! But most of the movie is clumpsy amateurism. What a shame.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 1 Episode 3: The Slump

5 second plot: Peralta is in a slump. No matter what he does, he can't get any case solved. The other cops are trying to recruit troubled kids in the youth police force.

5 second plot: Raymond goes straight to the next one on his list: the Freelancer. This is a hit-man who disguises his killings by killing a lot of civilians in the process. Like a plane crash, a train derailment,... But together with this hit-man, Raymond has got his eye on someone else.

5 second review: From time to time I have a feeling things don't really add up. The FBI wants his help, but then they sort of give the order to take him out? They don't want to give in to his demands, no matter what, but then they do? But besides from that, it's actually a pretty great show.

How I Met Your Mother Season 9 Episode 3: Last Time in New York

5 second plot: Barney and Robin try to have sex in an exciting place (euhm, location). Ted and Lily go over Ted’s list of last things to do before he moves to Chicago. And Marshall is driving through Packers country, proudly representing the Vikings.

5 second review: A typical episode: great fun, lots of laughs and a life lesson from Lily at the end.

Breaking Bad Season 5 Episode 16: Felina (final episode)

5 second plot: In short: Walt sets everything straight (as much as possible). In long (big spoiler alert): Walt forces Elliot and Gretchen to see that the kids get the money. He says goodbye to his wife and kids. He gives Skyler the location where Hank is buried. He kills all the bad guys (and girl). He saves Jesse. And then he smiles. And dies.

5 second review:  I couldn't have imagined it in a million years, being a big fan of the show, but this is the perfect ending. They couldn't have ended it better.
