5 second plot: A first (of many, probably) vigilante arises in Gotham. This guy kills corrupt scum by handcuffing them to a weather balloon and letting go. Oswald is back in Gotham and feeling very much at home. And we find out a little bit more about Jim's wife and her mysteriously secret history.
5 second review: It's starting to feel cartoonish. I was starting to worry that Roger Rabbit was suddenly going to pop up. The balloon thing was definitely interesting. And so is the wife. But that's not enough for me to keep wasting my precioussssss time.
